  长期从事慢病的发生机制、早期标志物筛查及营养防治研究,特别是研究动脉粥样硬化(AS)及非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的营养膳食防治。

学术简历

  凌文华教授,博导,国务院学位委员会第六届学科评议组成员,“国家杰青”获得者,国务院特殊津贴专家,全国优秀博士学位论文指导教师,全国优秀教师, 广东省营养学会理事长。1993年在芬兰University of Eastern Finland获得博士学位,1993-1997年分别在加拿大McGill、British Columbia及美国Marshall大学作博士后或助理研究员,1997回国后直至2013年一直担任中山大学公共卫生学院院长,迄今一直是营养与食品卫生学学科带头人。
  主持“973”、国家科技部重大专项、国家杰出青年科学基金、国家自然科学基金重点项目(2项)、“十一五”国家科技支撑计划等多项科研项目。在食物植物化学物(花色苷)防治AS方面取得了国际领先的研究成果,明确了花色苷抗AS作用;阐明其效应的核受体信号通路、NO-cGMP相关内皮依赖血管舒张功能,及对miR-10b表观遗传的调控机制;确定了肠道菌群介导花色苷转化为原儿茶酸(PCA)在其吸收利用和发挥生物学作用的基础地位;建立了我国“食物中花色苷含量”数据库,并对制定我国居民花色苷DRIs提出合理建议。此外,建立了广东地区大型AS队列及社区人群队列,发现了冠心病新的危险因素以及营养相关新的生物标志物,如糖调节受损(IGR)、S-腺苷同型半胱氨酸(SAH)、红细胞膜长链单不饱和脂肪酸(LC-MUFA)、HDL等,并筛查出部分预测冠心病风险的新SNPs位点,弥补了我国在AS研究方面缺乏大型、可靠的人群队列研究的不足,可为我国人群AS群体和个体营养干预计划的制定和实施提供重要依据。
  已发表SCI论文156篇,其中28篇影响因子IF≥5.0,其中第一或通讯作者文章75篇,第一或通讯作者论文平均IF为4.3。主要研究成果发表在JCI、Circ Res、Hepatology、Diabetes Care、Am J Clin Nutr、Heart、Clin Chem、ATVB、Cardiovasc Res、J Lipid Res、J Biol Chem等国际权威学术刊物。
  其主持的研究成果“AS病理机制以及花色苷防治研究”获“广东省科学技术奖一等奖”、“教育部自然科学一等奖”、“中华医学科技奖二等奖”,其指导的博士生研究论文亦获得“中国营养学会营养相关植物化学物优秀科技论文奖一等奖”等;获批国家发明专利2项;主编、参编教材与著作20余部;培养的博士研究生先后多人获得全国优秀博士学位论文、广东省优秀博士学位论文、研究生国家奖学金、国家建设高水平大学公派研究生奖学金等。
