学术简历

  获四川大学(原华西医科大学)博士学位,并先后在中国科学院和香港大学作博士后。曾长期在香港大学、韩国延世大学、中国科学院和中国疾病预防控制中心从事研究工作。现为中山大学“百人计划”引进人才,营养学系(广东省营养膳食与健康重点实验室)教授/博士生导师,从事功能食品和食品安全的研究与教学工作。已发表150余篇论文,其中SCI论文80余篇,影响因子之和200多点,被SCI杂志引用2000余次(H指数28),参与撰写英文学术专著10余部,并为10余种SCI国际杂志审稿。部分研究成果已被世界多种媒体广泛报道与关注,例如TIME(美国时代周刊)、Telegraph(英国每日电讯报)、Daily Mail(英国每日邮报)、日本东京电视台、香港文汇报、新华网等。
