Have you considered developing or broadening your academic profile by engaging in international research collaboration?
Discover how you can collaborate with researchers from University of Technology Sydney.Inbound KTP Visiting Fellow Program 2016 (round 2) - applications now open
The second round of applications is now open for UTS researchers to invite academics from our KTP partner institutions, to undertake a two-to-four week period of collaborative research and engagement with the UTS academic community. Visiting fellows receive up to AUD$10,000 towards travel, accommodation and living expenses incurred during their stay in Sydney.
The objective of this program is to provide UTS and KTP academics with the opportunity to develop long-term collaboration between their respective research groups, to explore opportunities for joint publications, external funding, and to discuss co-supervision of PhD students. We also encourage visiting fellows to engage more widely with the UTS community through meetings with academics across the University and through public seminars.
This round is for proposals to utilise as-yet unused 2016 funding. Applications involving international academics from KTPs that were not allocated funding in the first round 2016, such as Sun Yat-sen University, will be given priority. Applications are made by the UTS host academics.
