【个人简历】

郭城，副教授，博士生导师，P2生物安全实验室主任，国家药品监督管理局疫苗及生物制品质量监测与评价重点实验室副主任，广东省特支计划青年拔尖人才，中山大学逸仙创新学者。美国博士毕业后先后就职于美国环境保护署以及美国哥伦比亚大学医学院感染与免疫研究中心担任研究员和团队负责人等职务，十余年海外留学工作经历。

多年来聚焦病原检测技术、疫苗及生物制品评价方法的创新，以及其在新发突发和不明原因感染性疾病研究中的应用。近年来以第一或通讯（含共同）在Cell Host Microbe，Lancet Gastroenterol, Lancet Microbe等杂志发表论文50余篇，被引用5000余次，获批多项与病原检测相关的美国和中国发明专利。相关科研成果被时代杂志、纽约日报、财新新闻等20多家新闻媒体报道。
