【研究方向及兴趣】
主要从事膳食营养与慢性病的研究,致力于探讨膳食因素在慢性病预防和治疗中的潜力,特别是在骨骼肌衰老和霉菌毒素相关疾病中的应用。研究方向包括:1) 骨骼肌衰老的膳食营养防治及机制研究,主要关注饮食模式和营养素对肌肉健康的影响;2) 食物中霉菌毒素暴露致靶器官毒性作用及机制研究,通过肠道菌群及多组学联合技术揭示霉菌毒素对不同靶器官的作用及其中的机制。
