研究方向:
主要研究环境化合物的神经毒性及风险评估,聚焦环境污染物对神经系统损伤效应及分子机制及环境-基因交互作用,构建了可视化斑马鱼和3D类脑毒性测试模型,结合高通量成像及人工智能分析,实现神经血管组织的自动化精准定量;并利用代谢组学、单细胞转录组学等探讨毒作用机制及有害结局路径,在环境毒理领域取得了重要成果。成果发表于Environmental Health Perspectives、Environmental Science & Technology、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Archives of Toxicology、Environmental Pollution等环境毒理领域权威期刊。
