1. 合成生物领域:突破母乳低聚糖(HMO)技术
项目概述:带领蒙牛合成生物研究部与临床与功能研究部,在母乳低聚糖(HMO)新食品原料研发上取得重大突破。成功研发出中国本土自主的母乳低聚糖(HMO),并通过了国家卫生健康委员会的审批,成为首批获批企业中唯一的中国本土企业,且通过了国家农业部认证。
2. 微生态技术与益生菌领域:突破自主菌株研发技术
2.1 自主菌株LPB27的研发与商业转化
项目概述:在汤臣倍健任职期间,带领团队历时7年,成功实现中国本土优质益生菌株LPB27的研发和商业化应用,推动了中国益生菌产业的发展。
2.2 蒙牛自主益生菌研发平台建设
项目概述:带领团队建设国际领先的微生态研发平台,完成10多个益生菌研发项目,并推动蒙牛自主菌株的研发与应用研究。
3. 开创新功能注册保健品:国内外首次申报新功能
3.1 欧盟批准的第一个营养健康新功能概念及声称
项目概述:2010年,在Provexis Plc(英国)工作期间,带领科研团队申报并成功开创了欧盟批准的第一个营养健康新功能概念及声称,涉及“维持血小板正常聚集、维持正常血流健康”,为欧洲保健食品行业做出了贡献。
3.2 国内首个新功能注册保健食品开发
项目概述:历时8年,带领团队成功申报“有助于维持正常血小板聚集功能,有益于血流健康”的保健食品新功能,成为行业内首家递交新功能申报及产品注册申请的企业。
4. 精准营养技术:解决精准营养领域卡脖子技术
4.1 提出精准营养与个性化多维概念
项目概述:在2016年首次提出“精准营养”作为核心研发战略,并于2021年发布《精准营养白皮书》,推出国内首款个性化定制维生素概念产品,为精准营养领域的研发带来突破。该产品在精准营养领域的产业化走在行业前列。
4.2 引入量化健康概念“内稳态”
项目概述:首次将“内稳态”量化健康概念引入中国,并得到学术界重视。中科院启动“多维大数据驱动的中国人群精准健康研究”项目,担任子课题负责人,致力于建立“内稳态指数”体系,推动精准营养健康评估、预测和干预体系的构建。
4.3 干血斑检测技术开发
项目概述:带领团队开发了一种快速、简便、低成本的干血斑检测方法,用于测定人体内的多种生化指标(如NAD+、同型半胱氨酸、脂质过氧化产物等),为精准营养和健康评估提供依据,推动了干血斑检测技术在营养健康评估中的应用。
