【研究方向及兴趣】
  近年来从事慢性病和代谢性疾病，主要是慢性肝病（尤其是代谢性脂肪肝病）和糖尿病的流行病学和疾病防控的研究，通过开展大数据分析和队列研究，从疾病高危人群识别和筛查，无创诊断方法以及干预和治疗等多角度系统阐明了慢性病的三级预防。主要研究方向为（1）慢性病流行病学，尤其是慢性肝病和代谢性疾病；（2）医学大数据分析；（3）药物治疗及疗效；（4）疾病预测模型（机器学习）。在相关领域国际权威学术期刊已发表科研论文50余篇，参与编写2部英文专著，近 5年以通讯/第一作者发表论文22篇，其中发表在中科院1区Top杂志论文 14篇，IF >10的论文9篇。具体以通讯/第一作者在国际权威学术期刊 Gut (IF 25.8), Hepatology (3篇, IF 15.8, 其中一篇被选为封面文章), Clinical and Molecular Hepatology (IF 14.0), JAMA Network Open (IF 10.5), Metabolism (IF 13.9), Med (IF 11.8), Journal of Advanced Research (IF 13.0), Alimentary pharmacology & therapeutics (3篇, IF 6.7), Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition (2篇，IF 7.8), Liver International (IF 6.0), Hepatology Communications (IF 5.6), Journal of Infectious Diseases (IF 5.0) 等发表多篇高水平研究论文。其中多项研究成果被纳入国际临床指南并在国际大会进行口头及壁报汇报，如美国肝脏病年会, 欧洲肝脏病年会, 亚太肝脏病年会, 美国消化周年会, 亚太消化周年会等，并曾在国际大会上入选一次“青年研究者奖”，两次荣获“最佳口头报告奖”及一次荣获“壁报汇报优胜奖”。以上研究成果获得顶尖学术期刊的多次引用或述评包括 JAMA, Nature Reviews Gastroenterology & Hepatology, Journal of Hepatology, Gastroenterology, Gut, Hepatology 等。
